Probiotics and Acid Reflux ? Marriage Made In Heaven?

Probiotics and acid reflux has long been connected. And "Knowing that probiotics are positive on the digestion, but this does not stop acid reflux and GERD?

You can have probiotics with "friendly bacteria" is one. This is because probiotics dietary supplements that contain potentially beneficial bacteria in fact, may have to assist digestion.

These bacteria already in the gut, but someStudies show that their introduction into the diet can have positive effects. So, the alleged link between probiotic intake and termination of acid reflux.

Probioitics are known by a digestive disorder, such as helping with food poisoning, to help introduce the good bacteria in the system. The studies also show that they are effective when combating IBS or irritable bowel syndrome and other conditions such as constipation used. But there areno correlation between taking probiotics and reduce heartburn?

At least one study has identified a link between the use of probiotics and acid reflux reduction in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection is a common cause of acid reflux. However, existing antibiotics to treat this infection and is also rapidly becoming one of the causes smaller Reflux / GERD .

The above seems to note the onlyRelationship between probiotics and acid reflux, and unfortunately, this therapy does not appear to be useful for the cases of acid reflux. If you are sure that your reflux caused by H. pylori (this can be confirmed by biopsy), then it worthwhile to take it, but otherwise seems to be little or no benefit, especially for acid reflux.
